How do I know my order went through?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Email us at info@everbetterskincare.com as soon as possible. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, so the sooner you reach out, the more likely we can update it before it ships.

What is your 30-Day Guarantee?
We stand behind every formula. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery — even if you’ve opened and tried the product — and we’ll offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
How do I start a return or exchange?

How long do refunds take?

How do I know which formula — Repair, Restore, or Protect — is right for me?
Take our 2-question skin quiz on the homepage, or use this quick guide: choose Repair if your skin is stressed or easily irritated, Restore if you’re seeing fine lines or loss of firmness, and Protect for everyday maintenance.
Can I use more than one formula at once?
Most customers stick to one Facial Creme formula at a time, but the Cleanser, Toner, and CoQ10 Serum pair well with any of the three.
What if I’m not sure and don’t want to commit to a full size?
Every product is available in a Sample size so you can try it before purchasing full size.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — every Ever Better Skincare formula is 100% vegan and never tested on animals.
Should I patch test before using a new product?
Yes — as with any new skincare product, we recommend applying a small amount to your inner arm and waiting 24 hours before full use, especially if you have known sensitivities.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or while nursing?
We recommend consulting your doctor before introducing any new skincare product during pregnancy or while nursing.
